While there, he increased the company’s EBITDA run rate by 54%.
Mike’s ability to drive profitability spans 30 years with Fortune 50 companies including two assignments as PepsiCo’s Division President where he built Pizza Hut International’s global footprint and increased operating profits by 42%. As CEO and President of Latex International, Mike doubled revenue and tripled EBITDA in three years, with a 43% increase in IRR.
